2. After-sale service: all customers’ complaints are taken seriously and discussed with respective departments if necessary. The reply to the complaints will be sent within 1 hour after receiving, and technical staff will be at the site within24 hours when needed.
3 .Quality assurance: quality is the essence of the product. Company has a complete quality control system to ensure the quality of each product. For any quality problem during the guarantee period, if ascertained due to our fault, we will fully accept the liability according to terms of the contract. For products out of guarantee period, we try our utmost to provide necessary assistance.
